Each AHAM box contains a carefully selected book, artisanal candle, premium tea blend, handcrafted ceramic cup, and a guided journal. You can also customize your box with your preferred selections.

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize my box?

Yes! You can choose your preferred book, candle scent, and tea blend from our curated selection. Simply use our customization wizard during checkout.

Can I order individual items?

Currently, we only offer complete ritual boxes. Individual items may be available in the future.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our boxes come in premium gift packaging at no extra cost. You can also add a personalized message during checkout.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! You can enter a different shipping address during checkout and include a personal message.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other cities: 5-7 business days. Remote areas: 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

What are the shipping charges?

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 have a ₹150 shipping fee.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@aham.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through Razorpay with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.

Can I cancel my order?

What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
