Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

AHAM Gift Box – Return Policy

At AHAM, each gift box is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed with utmost attention to detail, ensuring that it reaches you in its intended state of refinement and integrity. Every element is individually inspected before dispatch, and we take great care to ensure that no defects leave our studio.

However, in the rare event that your package is affected due to unforeseen mishandling during transit, we request you to kindly follow the procedure below:

1. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you notice any visible damage to the contents, we strongly recommend to take clear photographs and send to us immediately. This helps ensure transparency and safeguards the return process.

2. Return Request Timeline

If damage is observed, please inform us and initiate the return within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for return, as transit-related claims must be verified promptly.

3. Return Shipping Process

You may return the gift box to us using a reliable courier service. The return shipping charges will initially be borne by you. Once the returned box is received and inspected by our team, the shipping charges will be fully reimbursed to you.

4. Condition for Return Eligibility

The gift box must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all original contents and packaging.
